What can I expect the average mile life out of a 05 Explorer xls sport v6 4x4?

My question is how reliable and how many miles can you
expect out of a 05 Explorer xls v6 4x4. I have the
opportunity to buy one for a really low price from an elderly
woman who took pretty good care of it, but it has 198,000
miles. I have owned many Ford's over the years. 2 Expos
5.4 4wd 97 & 99 both ran well over 250,000 miles, a 93
Bronco xlt 290,000, 87 F-250 xlt 316,000 and a original 67
F-100 66,000. Ford's have always been reliable to me but I
know nothing about explorer's particularly newer ones.
