Think carefully about it. Back in the early 2000's the PD I worked for went to explorers for patrol vehicles. The cars had police package suspensions and still were top heavy and prone to rollovers. We had one outfitted with outriggers to teach officers driving techniques and the limits of the vehicle. Officers who could aggressively drive a crown vic through a pursuit course would eventually roll the explorer over onto the outriggers during instruction. A lift kit will raise the center of gravity of the vehicle, which is high to begin with.
