2004 ford exploder

Just bought a used explorer. Got it home, as we
was doing the tune up we noticed the plugs were
fuel soaked. Any suggestions or help would be
greatly appreciated. This was going to be our work
truck

Done the code scan no codes. Fixed the broken fuel line. Done this then when we tried starting it the motor locked up.
