Front seats

My front driver seat is worn out. Can my passenger front seat be switched
and used on the driver side of my 2003 Ford Explorer

You can probably switch just the seat covers. But then you have a car with a funky looking passenger seat. I suspect the cushion is also shot, so you will have to swap that out also.
