Won't stay running

Changed fuel pump on 2004 Chevy Tahoe
and it works but, it won't stay start for over
ten minutes? Its giving me code p0650. Do I
need to change the ecm or can I reset it?

I have a chevrolet tahoe it start up want stay runing.not sure w it is.can some one help.we really depend on it.
