Transmission feels like its on limp mode

I have a 2003 tahoe that has an issue when you put it into
drive ,it has no power ,what gets me is when my wipers
stop working so does my trans.when i hot wire the positive
wire to my wiper motor an the wipers kick on my trans will
shift properly and then when my wipers wont work my trans
will act up again

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. I looked at the wiring diagram for your wiper module, yellow wire, 25 amp fuse, goes hot with key on. Did you check voltage at proper fuse, key on, use a test light. I did glance at your transmission wiring, did see one fuse that goes hot with key on. The problem may be ignition feed? Check feed to and from ignition switch. Just my opinion.
