So you have a new battery, & alternator,,,and it shows that it is charging? If all good there the starter should be checked out, and check all your connections to make sure their clean and tight.

Have the new battery load tested, sound,s like it may be bad all so,if you can jump it and it runs,

I all so agree with Rowefest, you may be having to put alot of power to bad starter to make it turn over.

You never know either... could be a faulty new battery...Just have to go over everything, test everything, process of elimination...

Those guys are right, but next is cables, especially ground from Neg-- to block. If it does not have a good ground, or cables are original, 13 years old, they may look fine but can be bad between terminal and copper under insulation

I have a 2003 Tahoe that wont start. Turns over but wont start. sometimes it doesn't turn over and everything goes out, no sound. This problem happened in the past but after a few tries it was able to start with some rough idling before running normal again. Now it just wont start. Because of progressive problem to this point I feel it's something that has been going bad slowly. Not a fuse or starter. More like wiring. Not sure what to check. Any ideas.

At this point we are just guessing here without being there to look at it. Maybe get it to a garage and have it looked at.
