My engine light flashing

I was driving and my flash engine light came on and lost
power and barley made it home and its hard to crank up

A flashing engine light usually means a ignition misfire. I would scan for the OBDii trouble codes to confirm. When was the last time you replace the plugs and wires?

Have you ever checked the oil . You probley ran low and destroyed the engine only $10,000 to replace it.
