Tahoe will not drive

I put the my truck in gear and it will not go. I have tried reverse, OD, D, 1,2,3 and nothing. I did have in gear and pressed the gas to the floor board and it did more a little.

Check your transmission fluid level and and parking brake.
Yes check the trany fluid, and smell the dip stick to see if it has a burnt smell, and look at the fluid to see if it is dark in color. These would be indications of a fried trany.
I checked the transmission fluid and it has a red tint to it, and does not smell burnt at all. Parking brake is off.
It may be something simple then for a good trany guy to fix, like a bad or sticking solenoid. Should get it somewhere for someone to look at.
