Transmission Will not shift

The speedo does not work sets at 0
and transmission not shift in the 3rd
4th or overdrive. 1 ,2 ,& ,reverse work
manually just fine

Do you have cruise control? If thats not working along with the rest it could be a speed sensor. Is the abs light on?
