01 tahoe with 5.3 4wd, as its running it will start to run rough, feels like a misfire, but not check engine light, but as soon as i accelerate it corrects itself, and runs smooth, it has 140k on it, only issue ive had is bad fuel pump 2yrs ago, its been really good to my family.

Sounds like it could use a whole tune up plugs will do it and wet or damp ignition parts when its idling listen under the hood and u should hear the miss my 96 Tahoe did it until I did a complete tune up with true OEM parts I used all ac delco and its purrs now

plugs were changed to iridium about 30k ago, wires about 40k ago, but i will check any way thank u,
