I tried the relay fuse it was fine, I disconnected and checked the regulator line and no gas came out so that was fine, had a 1/4 tank of gas in it so I thought that was enough. I had my fuel filter changed and it didn't turn over so I added 4 gallons of gas and it started right up. Go figure! All I know for sure is the fuel pump is weak and I will be having that changed soon too.

If it’s cranking like it wants to start why would you put a new battery in it. That doesn’t make sense. What are you talking about “ regulator line “ You need to check fuel pressure at fuel rail. You probably need to take it to someone who understands how the internal combustion engine functions. Goober.
