I hit a pot hole now my 2000 chevy tahoe wont go
in reverse

look underneath for any damage to shift linkage or broken solenoid on tranny

Check the transmission fluid also. You may have damaged the transmission pan.

I do have transmission fluid and to be honest I have no clue what I'm looking for I will take it to the shop I'm the morning hoping it won't cost over 300 to fix thank you guys now I will Google what you said
