leaking what fluid by the front passenger tire

pls help my boyfreind sabataged my car poured some time out of my car on
passenger side now my transmition inst working car jerks what do i do anyone
pls help

Take it or tow it to your local VW guy and have him go over it to find out just what he did to it. Then file a police report and go after him for repair costs. Next dump his a@@.
