2006 VW beetle 2.5 engine, replace the front driver knuckle assembly, brakes are not working with new wheel hub?

replace the front driver assembly with knuckle on my 2006 vw beetle  ,   the brake rotor now does not fit and I cannot get my brake caliper to attach???   not sure what to do
