My car is blowing hot air out of the vents when i
turn on A/C.

See if your compressor is turning, could be the pressure cut-out, low on freon, compressor shot, relay, air conditioning controls in dash. Get that clutdh on the compressor to engage, and go from there. The cutout switch is easy to see and get to. You can jumper wire across the terminals to see if it's bad. Check or replace any a/c relays.
