Buzzing under car
My 2003 Subaru Outback makes a buzzing sound for about 3-5 seconds after
the key is turned to the "On" position without the engine starting. It's not the
pleasant sound of a fuel pump, but rather a buzzing sound you'd get from
electric arcing if the starter wire is a few millimeters from the post and you try to
start your car.
