2008 buick enclave had power but won't start

My 08 Enclave has power but it won't crank
or no clicking...when I turn the key, nothing.
It's not the starter Anyone know what this
could be?

Yes it was a wire in my ignition. Good luck

There a tech bulletin on 2008 2012 if your carpet is getting wet the water comes in through the vents on the passenger side and fall on top of the junction fuse box causing a no start read about that I replace mind and had no more problems causing a short look up the tech bulletin good luck

Any ideas where I can find this bulletin? Wife’s Enclave same deal... Started with intermittent radio power, no turn signal ‘click click’ noise... Today I’ve got power in the vehicle but no click to spin the starter... Ideas?
2008 Buick Enclave. My wifes car wouldn't turn over. All dash lights come one panel moves but no turn. I took out the Ignition relay in the fuse box. I turned it upside down. I tapped it on the top 3 times on a solid part of the car. Re inserted and the car started right up. Changed the relay has not happened since.
