Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The reservoir bubbles and sprays I can't tell from
where.  The oil is OK doesn't look like chocolate
milk so don't think it's the head gasket.  It just
doesn't make since.

I get ice cold AC.... But when it bubbles I'm hearing a hissing sound.. When I'm on the highway it's fine. But not the temperature Guage will spike up I pull over shut it off and it's back to normal. If there is a air pocket how do I fix it.
