Can you re-use a throttle body O ring by cleaning it or re greasing it or something? I HAVE NO WAY TO GET TO A PARTS STORE!

no get another they cost cents, its probably perished and will split when you re-fit it, my advice to you is to take your automobile to your local shop and a qualified technician should be able to diagnose the malfunctioning O-Ring

O'rings can many times be reused. Wipe it down to clean it and use a very light coating of grease, oil or vaseline petroleum jelly. If it is cut, smashed or distorted, don't use it.

You are welcome. If you have any issues with the O'ring pick up one when you can get to the parts store. I have reused them without issue. It's the flat paper gaskets that will get you in trouble trying to reuse them.
