06 dodge charger will not start

do clean the battery with water and a wirebrush (if necessary) to remove the Blue corrosion..disassemble top and bottom...both cables...THEN, we will have solid power to the ECU, Ignition and Radio~ we have a half-fast polka here!~

one cable was bad and replaced that and the battery and still not turning over

phooey...so we have the three essentials Fuel, Air, and spark ..and if we're gettin' fancy now, valve timing and spark timing too~ so obviously one of these things ain't doin' it's job~ we need to figure out who's been drinkin' on the job!~
