2004 Buick Century, rear wheel is locked and will not roll?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This has been a back up car and hasn't really been used much in the last 3 years.

It has been several months since I cranked it.  Fired it up fine but when backing up I notice the rear passenger side wheel is not turning?  The driver side rolls fine.

Any suggestions on what is going on.  Obviously I can drive it to a shop in its current condition.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions! :-)
