Hello everyone,
I'll try to make this short.
Bought used BMW x3. 3.oi 05 -8months ago
Car overheating in snow few weeks after purchase.
Replace thermostat-overheat still
Replace fan by wiring a fan to run constantly-still
Now I had a major leak out at the gas pump which
had me almost have a heart attack.
Changed thermostat again+water pump+spark
plugs+air intake boot hose
Test drive for 5mins. Still going in hot on the
dashboard.

SOMEONE PLZ TELL ME WHAT CAN BE A
POSSIBILITY BECAUSE I LIVE IN A STATE THAT
HAS VERY LITTLE PUBLIC TRANSPORT. So I'm
about to give up n trade it or junk it but if I can keep
it a little longer I wanna fix it.

I have been but the last set of repaired were done today so in the morning I'll bleed it out and update the post.

Ok. Did a bleed out the following day. No change in car. Daily it's getting worse meaning it's going in the hot zone faster. I am really frustrated in what else to do. There is no sign of leak and I'm listening to gear if it's boiling g and it's not.

Apparently you are having a leak coolant expansion tank and you had run out of coolant on your system and engine gasket blown out because your expansion tank was leaking. This tank isn’t expensive about &50.00 on line.There is a repair kit for gasket.i had same problem of yours now my x3 2008 BMW 3.0i is doing fine. You
