Help with cooling system
Summer is coming up wanna make sure my 2008 bmw
528i cooling system is good to go don't want over heating
can i just add water to the cooling system or should i add
coolant

Exactly! Plus BMWs do NOT like to be overheated!! A shop that specializes in imports is your best bet! My Nephew learned that lesson the hard way with his 98 528i!! The plastic coolant recovery tank on these tends to crack and leak. The radiator cooling fan has a tendency to fall apart as well! Those are two things I'm aware of. There may be more! Your BMW mechanic will know what to look at! Hope that helps! Jim
