maximum tire size with 18" Z71 wheels?

My factory tires are 265 65 R18. Can I put taller tires on my truck such as 275 75 R 18? I like to fill up the wheel well more. I can test the steering clearance etc., but i was more concerned about the electronics (ecm, antilock, traction control systems) Taller larger tires had no negative effects on my 2000 Silverado.

I also have a 2007 silverado LTZ (extended cab), was able to fit 265 70 R18 Revo's on it. no clearance issues, no electronics issues. Seems to be about all i can get in the wheel wells without rubbing. I would suggest not getting the bridgestone revo tire for this truck, poor traction and wears quickly. Stock destinations look good in the 265 70 18.
