what's the easiest size wheel and tire replacement

OEM was 17"wheel, dealer upgrade to18"---must get new tires (ciurrently Duhlers 265/65/18) and replace the wheels--I want the same ride and no other changes so,
is it best to get 17" or 18" wheels?

Curbed a tire and blew it out. All wheels were damaged during a two tire replacement several years ago.
