Replaced a Battery now my Low Beams don't operate

So I was having starting issues recently on my 07 Silverado. I noticed colder
days were sapping my Battery. Having to jump start the truck almost on an
every day level for a week. So I decided to remove the positive terminal to
see if the truck would still run. It did, so I ruled out the alternator. Must just
be the battery. Easy swap out and the truck fired right up. Now the trucks
running good but my low beams left and right dont work. Did a fuse check
and everything looks good. What would cause the low beams to not work
after a battery install? Heap lamps are Halo lighting LED projection
lamps,H3 Bulbs. The LED and Halo lighting works. The high beams engage
when switched on. Just no low beams??? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Thx for the information. There defiantly was a power spike. Your response was truly helpful. Turns out after flashing the system everything seemed smooth electrical wise. Head lamps didn't come back on...so i pulled the bulbs. Both blew out with the power spike. Lesson learned. Will not be doing that again. Thx again! -A-
