When wondering if a coil pack is bad, look for distortion in the sealed structure (compare to other packs) and for spark damage in rubber/silicone boots. You could also unplug the suspecting coil pack one at a time and see if that makes a difference. If you have the right OBD2 software you can look at misfires and note cylinder(s) that are.
