Either the wiper arm is stripped or the wiper transmission bushing for the passenger arm wore out to the point of allowing the arm to fall off. Wiper arms are more likely the culprit. They are made with a soft metal as not to damage the wiper transmission if the arm gets stuck. it should be a 13mm nut on the arm. Good luck.
