Change oil & filter add 1 qt of lucas engine oil treatment in place of a qt of oil. It is a lifter pecking.
you may have what Chrysler calls the "Hemi Tick" google it and you will see what it is and how to quite it and or make it go away completely

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with Hemi and mine does the same thing. I took it to the dealership and they checked everything out and said thatthis motor takes a minute to get everything lubricated when you start it and there is nothing that i could do to stop it...they said the oil has to work its way through the motor.
