Probably not. If the noise go's away after a few seconds I wouldn't worry about it.

I agree. Probably not. My 2007 hemi started making a ticking sound once due to being over due for oil change and also low on oil. (Was out of town on a job and neglected my truck severely) I added proper amount of oil and it stopped ticking. Mine the sound was high in the engine so I figured it was just lifter tap. Just for giggles I did a sea foam oil treatment when I got back in town and did my oil change. No issues since. A sea foam treatment will clean the lifters and most times stop lifter tick.
