2007 dodge ram 1500 5.7 driving down the highway started smoking and clunking wouldn't go over 40 mph what could be the problem

Motor has less then 20.000 miles on it.

No just did oil change did a trip on they way there all fine wasn't far less then 150 miles. Did it before I left on they way back it happend

so it has oil and no leaks..and there is still a clunking noise and smoke???
