Some people have connected the wiper washer hose to an air line and blown accumulated junk out of the nozzle. To replace the nozzles is expensive, (my estimation as my 05 Buick they want $75 per replacement nozzle and $100 labor to change both. If you can pull the end nozzles off, soak them in a solution that may dissolve some of the residue in the nozzle, then air blow it out.
