2007 3500 2wd outside tire wearing? Driver side okay?

Your tirod might be bent or its because of how the road tappers. I have the same issue. Just rotate your tires.

I bought this truck used it showed on old tires. I changed tires shortly after I bought it. 30,000 miles later shoeing up again? How could I tell if tie rod is bent??

First check to see that both wheels are straight when both should be. If the passanger wheel isn't then that is the problem. The passanger wheel isn't running straight. Next see if the wheel bearing is bad or loose. Check to see if the king pin on that side is loose.
