When raining...is water getting on belt to where it is slipping on pulley? When this is not happening have you load tested the battery and checked voltage of alternator while running? How old is belt and is tensioner pulley weak?

My car is doing the same exact thing as we speak but mine does it all the time even when it's not raining and it will not start when the lights are on the dash I've been told it's the cluster because that communicates with the PCM and everything else

Mine is doing the same, when it rains, and now when there is a lot of moisture in the air in the morning since fall is getting here. My computer shuts down and tells me it is saving the battery. dash light go out, radio goes out, fan stops, windows will not work and then it comes on and shuts off again. does it over and over again. Once it dry's out in the sun, it stops doing it. I had my battery tested and my alternator and both were fine. It has been doing this off and one now for 3 months. Now its daily every morning.
