yes there could be...are you keen on automotive door surgery? these can involve some tricky business with putting the lubrication in the right spots of the right type of course "Christmas Tree" fasteners what sometimes stay in the pressboard...sometimes RIP themselves creating an enlarged pressboard what needs a spot of elmers to make it right~ You can tell have walked this path of hell more than once before...we cannot skimp on the waterproof plastic liner or the Silicone Lube of the moving tracks and parts and such~ but a trooper must ye be that you'd undertake this adventure~ take a whole day for it~ take your time~...good luck...have the replacement switch on hand already~
Yup, lots of Master switches. The one in the driver's door that gets rained on the most. Changing the switch on this one is simple - easy peasy - pop the triangular plastic trim panel that the switch is attached to from the front, flip it over, un plug 2 connectors, pop out the old switch and pop in the new. No tools required really.
Wow - Ford hasn't used pressboard and plastic fasteners in their door panels for 20 years! 5-7 screws, lift up and off. THAT'S IT! The only difference in the door panels I pull is the ballistic shielding instead of a paper and plastic cover.

How about this. Drivers window goes down not up. Regulator works up and down when connected to rear switch. Bought a remanufactured switch since they discontinued the part and still the same problem. wires look good. help!
