If you were running your A/C, that would be refrigerant boiling in the condenser when pressure drops when the engine (compressor) is turned off. That is perfectly normal. Some people even hear the same sound for the same reason at the evaporator while sitting inside the car just turned off. As a test, do the same thing, drive home, park it, but this time don't run the A/C. With A/C off you won't hear that gurgling sound.
