rpm Acceleration

I think my 2008 impala lt is accelerated. When It’s in
it stays in the middle of 0&1. How can I get it back
to normal??

Do not understand what you are trying to explain. The RPM shows 0 to 1 engine revolutions?

Idle speed should be around 700 rpm. Fast idle may be as high as 2,000 when the engine is cold.
