I have a 2004 Nissan Altima and it makes a jerking/rattling noise from the driver's side. What could be the problem?

Is it like a clicking noise? if so I would still say it is the CV joint is bad. You would have to replace the CV shaft and make sure the wheel bearing is good all so
All so check your brake pad's make sure the brake is not hanging up The brake caliper could be getting bad and sticking some times
Doe's it pull to the drivers side while you are driveing?
