I have a 2010 Nissan Altima and when I start to drive the passanger side front tire does this bouncing sound. Can anyone tell me if it is my ball joints, struts or shocks. It also does it when I go over the smallest of bumps but mostly when I start driving from a stopped position.

To test shocks, push down with all your weight on the front of the car, it should go down, come back up and stay there, Bounce even once (except maybe a very slight movement) and shock(s) are bad...but I don't know if your car has struts or shocks. As for ball joints, you have to get under and look, and grab the tie-rods and try to move them. They should be firm, the ball joint should have no play or movement when you shake anything. That goes for all steering and suspension
