Severe misfire and blinking check engine

Hi. I have a 2008 Hyundai sonata 4 cyl. Thecheck engine light
has been blinking...I continued to drive it after that..probably
longer than I should have...car runs horrible now...no
power...auto zone put it on the obd and said at least2
cylinders were misfiring...my boyfriend took the coil packs
off..but before I replace them...how do I make sure that's the
issue
