No power to heater fan or resistor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No power to heater fan or
resistor, i replaced blower fan
and resistor and wiring harness
that was shorting out,still no
fan,replaced control panel for ity
as well,was working just fine
until that wiring harness messed
up,now nothing, checked  fusses
in car and under hood,all seem
good
