Engine replaced on 08 Lucerne. Next day would not start. Battery,alternator and starter checked out fine. What's the issue.?

Lucerne started up
fine for a day. Next
day no start, just
clicks. Had battery,
alternator and starter
checked. All passed.
What could be the
problem.?
