2008 buick misfiring

On my 2008 Buick Lucerne changed my ignition coil
module because it was shaking and misfire when I
changed it helped make it stop shaking but when I'm
going about 20 miles an hour it misfire it doesn't to shift
to the next gear it has no get up and go
