Please where is the fuse for wiper Toyota Corolla 2008 located?

What fuse and where is the fuse box for my Toyota Corolla T Sport 2002 Rear washer pump not working

Under the steering wheel, way under. My 06 Corolla’s wipers would not stop going off and I just removed the fuse and put it back it and it worked!
