Heaters/AC Fan Speed

Asked by Greg Jun 12, 2011 at 03:06 PM about the 2008 Subaru Tribeca 5 Passenger

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can not get the heat to go above 65 and the fan will only allow me to turn up the speed....I reset the battery and this got me to a start off point of 75, then when I tried to go up it went down, then when I tried to turn down the fan speed it also went up.....Any ideas what to do about this?  I have had a couple other under the dash problems as I am on my 3rd stereo but now I am out of warranty period...TIA

Well, to make a long story short, i also accidently left a window open a crack and a sideways storm blew through and got the interior wet. After a week or so of dry weather and the interior really drying out, all is fine?????????
