What would make my car not start

So I have a 2008 saturn aura xe that was running fine then
went to start it and it wouldnt start so changed the fuel
pump charged the battery and it still wont start what could
be the cause of it

Not sure. Can you describe in detail what happens when you put the key in the ignition. Do the lights come on, hear clicking? Does the engine crank over but doesn't start?
