Have three error codes # PO413, P2257and P2401 how to correct?

Low voltage coming from my car causing three error codes Po 413,p2257 and
p2401, where do I check to fix this problem. All fuse are good At connection
only 5 volts

Battery system fine, 13,5 vdc. No issues with anything else. I need a electrical print that shows how the it’s hook up, this will help
