Alignment issues after replacement of transmission

Any reason that the alignment would be off after
transmission was replaced on my 08 mustang (V6 auto)

No, there is no relationship between the transmission and the front suspension.

Maybe after the job they took it for a "test drive" (Cue Star Wars theme)
