Roof rack has no cross rails

Just leased a 2008 Pilot VP 4WD.  It has roof rails that run from front to back but no cross rails. It will be hard to secure items on the roof.  Are there cross rails for this purpose by Honda or after market providers?

Yes, ask the dealership where you leased it what is available, Honda factory parts will be the best fit.

I bought a 2003 new and they came with only the rails that run from front to back. A few years later I did need to add the cross rails. I bought them on e-Bay for $80 and installed them myself in an hour or so. If you are into DIY, then you can save a few bucks and buy them from Honda or an after market provider. However, make sure that you understand what will be involved in the installation. Otherwise, I am sure the dealer will provide and install them for $200 or $300.

Go on eBay on put in your search items. Don't be scared to install. Not so bad for a novice. Just be easy with screwdriver as you pop off plastic tabs. Watch a YouTube video
